Mgr. Martin Vondrouš is a founding associate of our law firm, and has been involved in advocacy for almost 20 years, with an emphasis on the commercial and legal agenda provided to large corporate clients of our law firm, and on providing comprehensive services for clients. In addition to corporate law, real estate and developer projects, his specialisation is legal advice of a commercial and legal nature for companies operating in automotive as well as related industries, including mechanical engineering and manufacturing. He also has many years of experience in the organisation of selection procedures and public tenders. He is personally involved in individual cases, including representing clients in judicial, arbitration, administrative, insolvency and other similar proceedings. He is also an arbitrator of the Czech Leasing and Financial Association.

Mgr. David Rolný is a founding associate of our law firm. He has been working in advocacy since 2000. He has many years of experience with the agenda relating to comprehensive management of clients’ receivables. Among other things, he deals with classic litigation agenda, including arbitration proceedings and insolvency. He performs risk assessment within the assertion of receivables and strategic plans of his clients. Since the beginning of his career, he has focused on the general legal agenda of business entities operating in the automotive industry, including comprehensive legal advice, especially in the law of obligations area. He provides advice in the area of healthcare law.

Mgr. Jiří Dousek is one of the founding associates of our law firm. He has been working in advocacy since 1998, particularly focusing on the areas of civil, commercial and also criminal law, where he provides our clients with comprehensive legal advice and services, including their personal representation in judicial, arbitration or administrative proceedings.

JUDr. Klára Papoušková Hulswitová is a permanently cooperating lawyer who has been working in the field of advocacy for about 20 years. She has been cooperating with our law firm since its establishment. She particularly specialises in labour law, law of obligations and commercial law, and in representing clients in litigations. As a part of employment law advice, she prepares labour law documentation for clients (e.g., employment contracts and other documents and deeds, or internal regulations in this area), performs revisions of existing labour law documents, and provides legal analyses, opinions and advice in the field of labour law. In the law of obligations and commercial law areas, she particularly specialises in executing contractual documents (commercial contracts, etc.), as well as in the control and revision of submitted contractual documents. Her agenda also includes ​​representing clients in court proceedings and defence in criminal proceedings.

Mgr. Markéta Španihelová is a permanently cooperating lawyer who has been working in our law firm since 2008. Her specialisation is the agenda of labour law, within which she particularly deals with the preparation and revision of labour law documents, from employment contracts, through the termination of employment, up to the complete preparation of employment regulations of the employer. Since the beginning of her work in our law firm, she has also been dealing with litigation, representing clients in judicial proceedings, not only in employment relationships, but also in other types of judicial proceedings. An essential part of her agenda is also the preparation of contractual documents, especially for business entities. This attorney, together with other members of our law firm, is engaged in the recovery of clients’ receivables.

Mgr. Jan Matzner has been registered in the list of lawyers since 18 January 2017, from the very beginning as a permanent cooperator of SPOLAK advokátní kancelář s.r.o. He has been working in advocacy since 2 April 2013. In his practice, he primarily focuses on criminal law, defending persons prosecuted for both violent or moral crimes or acts against public order, and for criminal activity falling within the area of ​​proprietary or economic crime. Another pillar of his practice is the area of ​​insolvency, where he is able to provide comprehensive legal assistance in executing debtor and creditor insolvency petitions (including motions for permit to discharge from debts) and representation in subsequent proceedings and in the assertion of receivables, and conducting incidental litigation of all kinds. An integral part of his agenda is civil law, both the execution and revision of contractual documents, and representing clients in litigations from the recovery of debts through neighbourhood disputes and family law up to comprehensive disputes arising from business operations.

Mgr. Lucie Vaculíková, LL.M is a lawyer permanently cooperating with our office, who has been working in our law firm since 2014 (from 2014 to 2017 as an articling attorney, and since 2017 as a permanently cooperating lawyer). While studying at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, she completed a study stay at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich, where she obtained the Zertifikat im deutschen Recht (Certificate in Criminal Law, Public Law and Civil Law in Germany). Subsequently, at the same university, she was awarded the internationally acknowledged postgraduate academic degree LL.M. (Master of Laws). After graduating, she worked for the law firm Noerr, s.r.o., where she particularly focused on providing legal services in various areas of corporate law. She also worked as a lawyer in the Department of Pharmacy of the Ministry of Health, where she dealt with the issues of price regulation and reimbursement for medicinal products. She specialises in healthcare law, law of obligations and commercial law. In the law of obligations area, she is particularly engaged in executing, checking and revising contractual documents. She provides legal services in Czech, German and English.

Mgr. Zuzana Tůmová is a permanently cooperating lawyer who has been working with our law firm for many years, first as a part of her internship during her studies at Masaryk University in Brno, then as an articling attorney, and since January 2020 as a permanently cooperating lawyer. She is engaged in general practice, particularly specialising in criminal law and civil law. In the field of civil law, she primarily focuses on the revision and execution of contractual documentation for rights in rem to real estate (purchase contract, donation agreement, agreement to establish an easement, etc.), including the provision of legal custody and making entries in the Land Register, and legal assistance and consultations relating to divorce, arrangement of care for minors and settlement of the joint property of spouses, as well as recovery of claims and representation of clients before courts or arbitrators, including the enforcement of decisions. She also focuses on criminal law, where she provides her clients with defence during the entire criminal proceedings, as well as representation of the injured party in criminal proceedings and the exercise of their rights.

Kateřina Malá studied law and legal science, as well as political science. Prior to joining our law firm, she worked in the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic and also as a lawyer of a municipality with extended powers. Her focus within our law firm is particularly on the area of administrative law with an emphasis on city and municipal law. Her agenda also includes the area of civil law, including the preparation of contractual documentation.

Mgr. Tereza Hamplová is a lawyer permanently cooperating with our law firm. During her studies at the Faculty of Law of  Charles University in Prague, she already worked as a trainee in law firm with a general practice in Prague. After completing her studies, she started as a trainee bailiff and subsequently, after passing the bailif’s exams, as a bailif candidate with the court bailif Mgr. Petr Polanský. She has also been working as a voluntary legal advisor in the Bílý kruh bezpečí, an organisation for supporting crime victims, since 2014. As part of her agenda she deals comprehensive legal services in the field of civil law ranging from preparation of contractual documentation to representing client in court and at other institutions. She provides legal services in the field of debts solving, claim enforcing, foreclosures and insolvency law. Furthermore she focuses on healthcare law and criminal law, where she provides defense for defendants, as well as representation of injured parties in criminal proceedings.

Mgr. Annette Blažek is an articling attorney. In 2019, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, she completed a specialisation module in the field of healthcare law and also completed an internship at the Public Prosecutor’s Office. She has been working in our law firm since January 2019. Within her practice, she particularly focuses on the area of criminal law, civil law, contractual agenda, recovery of receivables, including the issue of representing clients in litigations. She also deals with real estate and corporate law.

Mgr. Lucie Půtová is an associate. In 2020, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of University of West Bohemia. She has been interested in the Bar since her studies. She gained experiences and knowledge in the Bar for three years during her studies in our law firm. Within her practice, she focuses on the area of civil law, criminal law, administrative law and labour law. She also focuses on the area of insolvency law and environmental law.

Mgr. Michal Čabrádek is an associate. In 2020, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he founded his own company providing services using unmanned aerial vehicles – drones and also co-established endowment fund Lanka. He gained experience working in a law firm in Prague and also at the legal department of State Institute for Drug Control. After graduating, he worked for 2 years as a judicial trainee at the criminal section of the Municipal Court in Prague, where he gained valuable experience in the criminal justice system of Czech Republic.
